Active Support
What we provide for the Clients
Living independently, in their own home :
Cal2 Support, assist the Client by creating a daily routine which can include personal hygiene, shopping and food preparation, helping the Client with their budgeting, monitoring medication and health. We also support the Client in meetings with other agencies, which may include hospital appointment or housing issues.
However we go beyond the daily needs in providing a wider social network for the Client, which enables the Client to participate in activities, which benefit the specific interests of the individual.
Living in a family unit:
Cal2 Support, work within the family unit, to provide support at home or out in the community. Basing the support around the individual needs and development of the Client, enabling them to become and feel independent.
We create a fun friendly and dynamic environment, where our Clients can achieve the things that they want to do.
