Sheila Robinson - Project Manager
Since becoming Project Manager of Cal2 Support, Sheila has excelled in the running of the company, ensuring the Clients receive an excellent standard of support. Enabling Clients to reach their full potential by providing them with a individualised, dedicated support team, in which the Clients are able to make their own choices.
Not only has this been an achievement for the Company, but also for Sheila herself, who has seen the rewards her support provides through the progress and gratitude of her Clients.
Prior to working for the Company, Sheila has had experience working as a sales representative in FMCG and also as an Assistant Manager and Function Manager within the Leisure Industry. In this area Sheila not only had a vast amount of responsibility, but excelled in the high pressure environment and ‘shone’ due to her excellent customer relation skills.
Gemma Chambers - Project Co-ordinator
After
completing her degree, in Sociology, Gemma was interested in the way that society impacts upon the lives of individual, in terms of education, health, media and politics, and how these topics affect individuals in society especially those who are vulnerable or not able to access resources or able to voice opinions and make choices for themselves.
Gemma has previously worked at Peter Barratts for 5 ½ years, where in the restaurant, she learnt valuable skills such as communication skills, enabling her to create relationships with customers. She was also given responsibilities, which included staff training and became a valued member of the team.
By joining Cal2 Support, Gemma hopes to encourage Clients to make a different to their lives, by not only providing support but allowing them to access all aspects of the community in which they live.
