What makes Cal2 Support diverse!
With our support we are able to maximise clients, independence and create social inclusion by encouraging integration within their community through social activities. Cal2 Support is dedicated in providing an exciting, energetic enjoyable and safe environment.
Our clients will receive a team of 2 support workers, which allows for continuity and familiarity. This also allows for illness and holidays, so the client has consistency in order to meet the individual needs.
We also have a gradual introduction into group activities where they can meet other clients and support workers, we also actively seek and encourage families/carers, siblings and friends to participate in group activities, thus providing a wider social network.
Cal2 Support takes it one step further with the families/carers, we walk the walk with them supporting them through emotional crises and being their soundboard (sometimes this is all they need). Support workers are able to create working relationships with the family/carer, getting to know the family/ carers dynamics.
Cal2 Support will help each client look at means of developing themselves, through further education, training, work experience, enabling them the opportunity of employment.
